Kirkastuminen; Brahma Awareness

Brahmacharya

"Section III. Techniques of Sex Sublimation. 14. Suppression and Sublimation" was perhaps the first very incorrect information I read from there - against the suppression idea there, as it's the only way e.g. to get Brahma Awareness. And there is no transcendence/sublimation of sex addiction. Sivananda doesn't have Brahma Awareness, nor any other enlightenment (except for some Dhyana), but is a pundit of his own. Sivananda is not really correct before that very incorrect information either, but it's not all bad, and as a whole his text is the most usual though incorrect view of brahmacharya in India (and elsewhere).

Gopi Krishna had no Kundalini awakening, nor Brahma Awareness. More or less similar with at least Vivekananda and Sivananda.

Body

To me, as a general picture, it is often about hot spots and inflammations causing e.g. cancer (there are some bacteria(s) [and mechanical etc.] also that might cause them - in cases - or are there then, and so it's not necessarily thought that e.g. the inflammations itself directly will cause cancer, and if one stays in relative balance overall on/in the body though one still can get all kinds of growing things), and e.g. darker spots on the body, etc. The worst thing I can do with my loads is in a form of reading-study, R2-L6, and I have always felt that to be bad for me and can't pick especially such till I am more recovered, and have another body perhaps, though not that I fully believe in genes. My problems are L6-R2, being a born burnout there. All my problems come from around there and demand some balance not to cause problems. The gene(s) are passed to the children like 50% or so likely, that by a more or less exact number and theory looks pretty genetic to me and so there happened a mutation.

I usually had no need for ice pack since 1998 or so when it/lower stomach was not superhot anymore, and I had no major bodily problems since then - or not then either but it would have been a matter of time - till after 2005, but it was because I went to the extreme both in inactivity and later in activity (if one is loaded equally on both sides, there are less problems even when overworking - R2 and L6 both that was no more the case in my new state - though it's not the best state to be at in spite that one might live a long and up to reasonably healthy life as so). I needed more unloading (than just the Sahaja balance), but there is no need to go too far.

When I unloaded the L6 deeply - that's the counter-balance to the R2, problem; R2 working together with it, the L6 cooling the system and that and any spot also. If I unload very or extremely deep, then I can get a strong pain on the about right kidney spot or below it, and possibly left lower stomach similarly for extreme depth. and it also feels like an inflammation problem then, resulting in nausea when moving and inflammation type of strong pain where one can't move at all for a day, and in my case it tends to be with the urge to urinate all the time up to all day, that's uncomfortable (that combination of problem comes from extreme unload but also from extreme load of the monitor constantly doing for tens of hours straight and a week or more like straight, just sleeping sometimes, and there have been people that have died to such amount of action, and I would guess to such inaction too if they have weak spots like I have), and that urination thing sometimes has happened at some state being more unloaded on the body than is okay to it, to hold things and then one needs to empty the bladder more often than usually, it being a pre-thing to there being the need to urinate all the time even when the bladder is empty, but these haven't been there really bad more than a couple of times in these years and it depends on my state of balance, but I still feel that that specific spot is inflammated and I need to keep good enough balance and can't necessarily go too much in action nor too much to a lack of action, though if I load the R2 at the same time as I do the L6, then no problems; I can then likely go like I did when I was more loaded on both, and the balance on the body then stays.

Then there are the nerve spots on the legs (some places and if on the bottom of the leg, it twists the toes and so and one keeps them straight as that can as so avoid the pain caused by the twist) that give much pain for a minute or two when melting from too much action (or possibly when sick of some virus, or with any additional such or so type of load to the body), maybe especially if too fast melting. At the time in 1996 and so when I put the L6 in balance, I sometimes had several pain on the back of my head (related at least to L6 and so to any brain things there also, but I have since then x-unloaded them away, though not that it figures all gone, it being about overactivity there) at the time I was putting it in balance and they were similar to the type one feels on the legs, but I haven't had problems there since.

The one minute melting nerve pain might not be there for me without the Kundalini-awakening, though I don't know how common it is (it's plenty logical and so rates to be common when one is x-melting something and as far as I know people who have a cancer might have the pains often at that same timing) but they are related to my load problems. The one minute pains and up to other related problems are not necessarily because things are getting worse but because things are getting (sort of - one will have a different set of X-loads then, e.g. less cool or hot energy to give balance to the other side and so one might get problems to the other side and they then show on/in the body - and mind/emotions - also) better and they might not exist (but as over-energy problem cancers) when X-loaded (the normal human state) as so but when one starts to cool down (that even a stronger middle channel alone is more or less producing) and then even the smaller x-mind changes on the better balance might produce problems on/in the body (if not counter balanced or/and the body getting used to it), and that's partly also if the other X/x-side is not balancing the X/x-problem.

These were just after Nirvana when I unloaded the left (N, including cold energy) in full, and then some of the right (T, including hot energy), and had some urination and related problems a couple of times also (too much action loaded on the left relatively or too little any action-loaded, or right too unloaded, producing pressure on the left that way also as it had too much then compared to what it needs on the right to be in balance), that's close by still but far away enough that the problem stays in balance when it has enough energies on both sides, and the spots on the bottom of the legs when in some action unloading state - when being too action-loaded, or possibly if I am sick ordinarily also (had one lasting virus producing that because of the state of bodily unbalance then. The other sicknesses I have had were minor and so not being sick enough and so no 'problems' on the sahaja spots. Being unloaded too much - less active energy - might make one's body less resistant to viruses).

The back of the head spot I can still feel sometimes (might take months not really taking a note of any though making an effort to see and one likely can feel how it 'feels' at any time, and it is vision, work memory, L6 related, that will load it, the part of the brain that's in use, as far as it's the brain and not a nerve spot(s) only there, like the bottom of the legs maybe not being a part of the brain) but no pains, just feeling it a bit sometimes. The R2-L6 burnout, the x-energy overloads on the body, during my peak burnout period of 1992-1995, that happened some 20 years ago.

It's mostly about being in balance enough, though one can go some more distance (the less one can stay there, the more peak or bottom it is), but not over some point, as the body can't handle it well or at all anymore, and will start to produce problems. But there are genetics also, like how strong or weak something is, but they alone are not producing problems - it usually being mainly about one's over/under doings, but the genetics will indicate what problems and how easily one might get them if one doesn't take care enough. In many cases, only some one might be able to do more, over a genetic weakness (one should look into one's personality type and loads also). Our loads/genes can limit our lives; it being about what we can handle, where we would optimally better draw the line, though not that one needs to follow it exactly, if one is willing to pay the cost of it, but as a trend, sooner and later one needs to take care of the problem.

It's optimally best to observe good enough balance, that doesn't mean one needs to be exactly at the middle point, or that fixing some things won't need one to go over the middle to one or the other direction for some time. All balancing and actions need one to go up and down, left and right, as otherwise one just stays inside a limited area of actions or the amount of energy and its continuation. There is a thing called an action balance where one is as much loaded on both sides, so that one is on an action balance like the L6-R2. And there is a possibility to be born with genes (or/and the body slowly adjusting to the change in one's balance) where one is more adjusted/stronger to being more on the other side without it producing as many problems - though it still seems to produce some, or maybe not as much after many lives. And one's world of feelings and thinkings will be different because of one's state of balance, personality type, loads (one can empty as well as pump energy in the body and system, on the left, on the right, and the energy will get stuck there too when they become the usual, by addiction, X-/x-/Xmemory, as well as maybe/likely blocked to not unload more - the amount of energy there - till one makes the change).

The balance even if just active balance, is health for the body, that can also be seen that the body is less tired after better balance, like after enough sleep. The body, emotions, mind, all feel better in balance, being the health for them and one is generally more wise then also, like getting from N to SN after unloading the left energy that was constantly dominating there, is eye opening in the S-world, with that here and now there, called the Buddha (the L6/work memory load/energy x-unloaded enough). If one unloads something, one better look after of not getting too much unbalanced as a whole, one needing enough energy on both sides of the body, and overall, for the better functions in the body, mind and emotions. The loads getting down has more to do with time than energy, being a habit, memory (with unloading one can make jumps, like just to a mere balance, and then one can get it more permanent if one wants, it being about the x-energies getting in better and stronger balance, or one could use it for better knowledge, better attitudes and be back in too much or so x-actions, and one always knows where the better balance is if one wants to take a break, even if for a day, as well as give some hour(s) too here and there for unloading when it's good for the body, mind, emotions). The x-balance is mainly about the x-energy, that one can observe, and one can pick to load some functions less, but often because of work it isn't easily if at all possible, but overall one can still observe the x-balance as a whole as well as the action balance of the right and left or just not giving one side too much energy, and observe the type of balance that is optimal for one's situation, or as so take whatever one is ready to pay for; the balances giving goods, but the doings also give goods.
