Witnessing & Consciousness Yoga

Witnessing Consciously is a by-product of being consciously conscious - this is the key, and the door; being conscious that one is conscious = Consciousness, a circle - eyes open; one hour (most often enough) every morning uninterruptedly (hard work), then it will be the rest of the day easily; one needs to be Conscious the whole day, every day. Consciousness:-) is the sunlight of our soul. The next morning one has to start again. In about 8 months, with about 75% success, it will be permanent - one will never lose it again.

The Witness is easiest to develop after the two other enlightenments, while it might come as a by-product from the Brahma Awareness during its first mirror like year, but anyway Awareness is a balancing pair to Consciousness, and so I don't like the idea (with the Kundalini awakening & balancing, and when Consciousness becomes permanent, it's however under control, but still, in my opinion, Consciousness is not something to have without its more or less needed pair from Awareness, if not for the likely balance, then for the wholeness and Wisdom) of having the Witnessing & Consciousness without Brahma Awareness (like I did), while having just Brahma Awareness is fine.

Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh alias Osho is the half best knower of the Witnessing & Consciousness. I become a Witness ('a fully conscious person'); a Sakshi; a Soul; Am-ness with the help of his half-good info of witnessing (originating mainly e.g. from Sri Shiva's 112 methods of meditation, and then from Gautama Buddha's Suttas - mindfulness, vipassana, etc.), in 1994. "Half-good" because he missed very much, as the cc/w&c is the core, and the other truth is the mind & soul forming the Dharma, and he didn't taught the laws of addiction, memory, karma either - that one needs to know to master the mind. Shree Rajneesh seems to have two enlightenments but in 2005 I am in opinion that maybe he, Krishnamurti, Gautama Buddha, Bodhidharma had only the 'enlightenment' - SeFi I might call it - from 'dropping the mind' - in Brahma Yoga F-Meaning - together with W&C (WC for Osho Rajneesh at least as far as the terminology goes) or mere witnessing meditation/vipassana (like basically in e.g. Osho's case as being consciously conscious does not mean e.g. to him the same that is in meditation [though they can use the same term there too] and then doing the same the eyes open; but for them it's like everyone is conscious but not consciously like in mindfulness, vipassana, and so they can say it's being consciously conscious, but I saw it was not direct, the whole thing coming from consciousness and awareness, not from any relation to doings. Then Shree Rajneesh had the more or less spontaneous A/awareness from 'dropping the mind' - the F-Meaning).

He likely wasn't a W&C either as it was a philosophy for him and he was effected by those views when teaching them, and only step by step he came to about the core of witnessing; consciousness, awareness, but still missed as being consciously conscious was formed in his understanding as a conscious effort to be conscious rather than being conscious of the consciousness itself that he though had seen as "light" that needs to be there or it's just consciousness; just a bit strange that everyone keeps missing the core, doing just mindfulness instead. I started from where he left it. He is not Kundalini enlightened: he doesn't know anything real about it; he knows only the "Gopi Krishna's Kundalini." He thought Shri Mataji's Kundalini was the same. Shree Rajneesh teaches only the witness and the existential attitude, the rest is mainly demonic teaching; including the attitude of the witness, as he teaches it as a whole attitude to be taken and that happens to be destructive; as in reality there is no witness attitude, no witness philosophy. The witness is not of the mind.

He is likely to have born around July in 1990, around where he died, and either was born about an ESFJ or started as a Seeker from the beginning at the age of 13 or so, or later becomes a dominant NT. He didn't get the Kundalini awakening so he will possibly not get it in this life either.

There are also methods that might make it a little easier to be Conscious, like keeping the attention at the top of the head (or anywhere), to help keep up the uninterruptedness of Consciousness. Shri Mataji has said it unclearly somewhere (not teaching it clearly - her focus is the Kundalini, and she probably is not a Sakshi). The point is the Conscious state, not the method that might be of some help during the first hour, and not the conscious state's by-products, mindfulness etc. Only mindfulness, like only breath awareness / consciousness, walking awareness / consciousness, vipassana, consciousness of the spirit (it is not consciousness, it is awareness: consciousness of the awareness only) etc. are perhaps not enough: not enough consciousness of the consciousness itself, not a strong perfect circle that is the main thing. The top-of-the-head method might be good. Especially a Sahaja yogi might perhaps find it good (I don't know in practice because no Consciousness happens when I use it, or any method, as it already is; no method works [that much] to a person who already has that). Perhaps, because it is not so direct, like mindfulness methods are not. I practised some breath awareness, walking vipassana, movement awareness / consciousness, and I tested many methods (over 112) in 1993. Vipassana, movement awareness / consciousness, is an extra fun in Consciousness. While seeing, if one also sees oneself seeing, at the same time, one is in the state of Witnessing & Consciousness, the land of the Sun-god; this shows what a Conscious state is; most direct though still a subtle method. With this method one becomes most easily conscious of the Conscious state and that is the real thing, then one needs no methods. I didn't use any method; just uninterruptedness to stay in that Conscious state.

The development of the Witness comes from the development of the presence of Consciousness. This is because the witness:-| is always there. The spirit:-| is the witness; one just needs to become Conscious:-), for it to be moment to moment existential witnessing:-|. This is why we, the mind (x-mind), can not do witnessing; one can do only consciousness. The mind (x-mind) - not its process - could also be the witness but the same would hold good. It's not easy to make the Conscious state permanent, especially if nothing about 8 months is mentioned anywhere (not even about the one hour).

The first known enlightened in a way having three enlightenments was Sri Shiva (the person in Meditation). Those 112 methods mainly deal with Dhyana awareness, and more or less ideas have been collected (by a person who perhaps had only Dhyana awareness/'enlightenment' = Meditation, Dhyana meditation/Yoga, Mindfulness), and put to Vijnanabhairava (perhaps circa 700 after Christ). Dhyana awakening, Dhyana-mindfulness meditation, together with Dharma awakening, and the knowledge of the laws of Karma (memory and a/dharma), and Kundalini awakening, and the basic knowledge of Sahaja Yoga, form the foundation.

There is a possibility that the Brahma year makes one automatically the Witnessing & Consciousness; if not, then it's the next. Also the Buddhist E/enlightenment from dropping the mind (at least the N), stopping the wheel, gets the A/awareness outside of the mind, of the 'dream' (that's life, the mind, at least the N) so that one just might be spontaneously as a witness, A/aware; vipassana, mindfulness - that are also practised, together with Meditation, as a step between to get to the point of A/awareness, that one just might somewhat get also from the mere dropping of the mind. Sensors just might somewhat have the witness, though I don't think so, and if they become Ns they figure to lose whatever they have - a T&T doesn't rate to lose it. Sensors figure to be just H/here and N/now (ST has his thinking here and SF has his feeling here, and in both cases most dominantly). The Ns live dominantly in the N and so at least they can become Buddhas, but as I see it, the Ss as much if any can't as they already have it and their n-dream is only about the depth of their secondary function and it might not become less than that as far as the functions go. I don't see the Sensors have all that radically more t&t (as Dhyana, that I have as permanent, while the Sensors do not, clearly the STs don't - e.g. they can "empty their minds" and so be in Dhyana perhaps, but the T&T has that as a permanent part of his x-mind. It seems like the ST has his thinking here, that e.g. the "empty the mind" though does not all indicate to, but their nf is not that conscious without the Dhyana and witnessing, and similarly SF has his feelings here, but the thinking in the n, nt, and is not that conscious of his own thoughts, so to say, about the T factors of the S, as he looks things as the F. NT and NF is not dominantly in the S at all, making him a non-Buddha, non-Sensor. Witnessing is a separate phenomenon of the S, it being about the N/n being conscious or not, not about one being an S, a Buddha, or not. But whatever, it's likely the Sensors have more trouble finding the Dhyana - that's the Spirit/Awareness/Space limited inside the body behind their full body L1-curtain - while the iNtuitives live in their minds, in memory, in N and getting a separation to it and still be in the N, is perhaps more like what Dhyana is, while some ST going in non-actions will perhaps be dealing more with his nf, rather than dealing more with Mindfulness as witnessing) than the Intuitives have, but on the overall situation their A/awareness is more like it should be. To me the Buddha is the same as the Sensor and is not to be mixed with other things, the only exception being the e.g. S-INTP that the INTP will be after he has suppressed the N (and possibly the T, though that's about the SF then, not about the here and now being T, without the dominant N connected to it), where the past NT is still there as/like a load and it's up to the person (of) how he will continue, what comes to his outer life and personality (the outer personality to much degree dictates the inner too, though all Sensors too have lots of different inner personalities, that being like the person itself rather than the element he is living in at that though is affected also by the loads and more specific orientations in using the elements). Also, as the Enlightenment one gets with the Brahma Awareness is from the T-meaning parts (though the Brahma Awareness is also related to the heart that feels at home with the Brahma Awareness and the heart gets its meaning from things like that, it feeling without a meaning without things like that, and so it's also related to the F-meaning but without P/people. But as a Place the T-meaning has its own major thing, and the F-meaning as it relates to P/people. But as an average, it can be said that the Meaning is about the health/happiness of the heart, though it's not the only thing about the meaning as it also includes the Place, P/people and the personality functions) more or less the same as one gets with the Buddha, the Sensors do not rate to get such with the Brahma Awareness, though the sex curtain that's on their eyes and body will be removed. Only when one is a T&T and a Buddha, it is possible to be more or less dominantly an Intuitive and still have these things. Being a Sensor dominant, one has something important, and it's a safeguard for the next life to die as a Sensor, as one can't guarantee one will be reborn as a Buddha even if one dies as one, like an S-INTP. It's more likely one won't lose the T&T, but losing the Buddha, and still more likely (almost guaranteed one will lose it) the Brahma Awareness, is more likely, though it too has been achieved by work; in this case it being the suppressed N, that's not more or less the same anymore even if and when one comes more or less back to it, rather than being at the completely clear state of a Sensor, and so being a Sensor in a full way. If the nature can make one both a Sensor and an Intuitive in one's rebirth, then it's possible, but that's not a known thing, but if I would have to make a guess, it seems to me that the one on the top is the one that will be on the top in the next life too, when it comes to functions, and so I figure the situation will continue the same as when one was when one died (even with the Brahma Awareness as celibacy my guess is that it rates to sort of stay but one figures to active the sex again to a further degree and lose the Brahma Awareness and whatever one loses as the amount of body innocence that's more the less L1 load one has as sex), and if that path is towards N-activity, then it figures to develop there in one's next life, and if the action is towards the S or at least in S, one figures to continue towards more and more S as the old habits and loads of the N keep decreasing.

Gautama Buddha used the Vipassana, but it's wrong as far as the T&T goes (that has basically nothing to do with the Sensor that's the main reason in Vipassana and is the most clear in Zen, that means just 'sitting,' nothing is being done, though one could develop the T&T in Zen too, but again, one is doing something other than pure Sensor, other than pure T&T, other than pure Zen, and so, there are many small differences, one needing to understand what is the pure core and what is a mixture) as Vipassana is not direct T&T and it seems he did not see it did not cause his Enlightenment but his dropping of the mind (N-dominant mind) did, while the ideas of Vipassana are good to know, but it as well the Meditation (Dhyana) are of no major use, though as a help when dropping the mind for example, it might be helpful, though making things more complicated as all one needs to do is to drop the mind, or as Bodhidharma says that just beholding the mind is enough, where "beholding" means watching, so witnessing, but it's not so really but just hold it, like in Zen, while one though needs to be watchful about it too, so one can bring the attention back to here and now (S) when ever the attention gets lost somewhere in the (N or/and T) mind. Then the witness gets lost too (that's one similarity between the S and T&T, but as it seems, the S might not give any more t&t, though the S is not lost in the N as clearly as the N is, but in a Vipassana type of Meditation as Dhyana, the S too becomes [more] aware of their x-mind and so be a witness of it, while the Vipassana itself as a practise to being here and now, as a practise to be in the Sensor, is a different thing. Any outer personality function can be put up or down by being in it or being out of it, all the way to clearly dominating, and then there is up to no lose of them anymore but they will stay more than they were before even when one comes back or changes to something else. One will then have more, it being like developing the less dominant functions in the brain, that are there but never been getting that much attention and never having been clearly the most dominant - for a long enough time. And the same goes for zen that just sits and waits for getting in balance and after that up to dropping of the N-dominant by just waiting, in cases that are N-dominants, though the monks might do too much study to ever get even to a balance, and so never getting even to a point where the Buddha can happen, though most of them are already Buddhas, Sensors, though a bit lost in the minority n [and in the lack of witnessing - that has nothing to do with the Buddha that one gets by just x-unloading till one is a clear S even for a moment] that would get clear in a balance - all get a bit clearer even just after some rest and in the longer run when one is clear enough still deeper, then the clear S happens and one is a Buddha) but when dropping the mind it's all about the no-N, no-T, no dreams, no-NF, no-mind, about the S, maybe in action, maybe in no action, it being just about the no-mind, and it means NO-mind, not the background of the mind (that is then Meditation, Dhyana and witnessing, and these things are actually not Zen as zen does not do even that as it's just 'sitting,' holding the mind [as not to do so would be doing, and one holds the past habit, while in witnessing the mind is basically not being holded though one is not supposed to be actively doing - though one does when making it permanent as one does when working with Zen where one holds the (N/T-)mind in action but there is no core holding of the T&T while that is the core purpose in the T&T - but being in Dhyana - that's not Zen here - and witnessing, and when more in balance the Zen also can become more so - but with no Dhyana meditation - and it being like ordinary peaceful, silent Sensoric living. So, all parts of the whole picture here are different and they have a different purpose that are after different results], while the Dhyana is in inner S/spirit, that being the background) and keeping the mind, while the melting down the mind activity might get one at the point of dropping the mind too, where the Nirvanic Awareness, the expanded Awareness - as Sensor - happens, but being only in balance is not enough as one needs to go deeper like in Zen, to further decrease the loads and habits, and the below balance level seems the most difficult part to pass though in theory one could go more moderately and with time one will be a Sensor as the N-habits and loads keep decreasing.
